- Assignment of users/setup of user profiles on existing computers
- Adds, moves, and changes to users
- Management of security incidents or alerts covering the users Microsoft M365 services
- Management of security incidents on the users identified devices
- Management of connections to Sharepoint, Office 365, and other email or file sharing services
- License management for all Microsoft volume licenses and licenses from select other vendors
